WATG Appoints Jennifer Ploszaj Chief Marketing Officer

WATG – one of the world’s leading integrated design firms, has announced the appointment of Jennifer Ploszaj as Chief Marketing Officer.  After three years of consulting for WATG and Wimberly Interiors – WATG’s interior design studio – from London, Ploszaj joins the award-winning firm in its New York office full-time. She brings with her 27 years of global marketing experience across design, travel, hospitality, and luxury consumer lifestyle sectors. Ploszaj’s appointment as Chief Marketing Officer – a new position at the firm – is an integral part of President and CEO Anthony Mallows’ vision for growth.

“After consulting for WATG and Wimberly Interiors for the past three years, we’re thrilled Jennifer will be joining us on a full-time basis as Chief Marketing Officer,” said Anthony Mallows, President and CEO. “We are growing the firm – both geographically and into new market segments – and Jennifer’s strategic skills as a communicator and creative marketeer will add tremendous value to our team. Ploszaj most recently served as Managing Director at JP Communications – a luxury marketing communications agency which she founded in London in 2011. Notable clients included Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Master Yachts, Kittitian Hill in St Kitts, Kimpton Hotels, Per AQUUM Retreats & Resorts, Forbes Travel Guide and Garbo & Kelly Cosmetics.

 Prior to founding JP Communications, Ploszaj held leadership roles with some of the world’s most notable hospitality brands including One&Only Resorts, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Throughout her career, she has curated and led partnerships and collaborations with brands such as TED, Christian Louboutin, Matthew Williamson, Alice Temperley, CNN, BCC, Aston Martin Racing, National Geographic Traveler and the LPGA.

 Ploszaj holds a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
